PearlKit LED Whitening Kit — 7-Day Results Guarantee

We stand behind our LED Whitening Kit completely. If you complete the full 7-day treatment and aren't happy with your results, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pearlkit.ca and we'll arrange a return and full refund — no hassle, no games. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. This guarantee applies to the LED Whitening Kit only, first purchases only, one per household. All other products are eligible for refund or replacement if received damaged or defective. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@pearlkit.ca and we'll provide return shipping instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@pearlkit.ca.
